The Licensed Breeder In Training Program and the Licensed Breeder Program are instituted to promote ethical breeding practices and honor those individuals whom uphold the guidelines there in.ย
Licensed Breeder In Training Program (LBIT): To enter the Lacy Game Dog Registry (LGDR) Licensed Breeder program as a Licensed Breeder In Training (LBIT), you must:
* Upon receiving entry as a “Licensed Breeder In Training”, you will possess listing privileges under the “Licensed Breeder In Training” section of the LGDR website. Licensed Breeder Program: To achieve full Licensed Breeder Status, you must:
* Only breeders who have achieved full licensed breeder status possess listing privileges under the “Licensed Breeder” section of the LGDR website. The LGDR, TLGDA, and buyers of Lacy pups hold Licensed Breeders and Licensed Breeders In Training to the highest standard of quality. You must represent yourself and the care of your dogs as such. (For details, see the Breeders Code of Ethics.) Failure to uphold the Breeder Code of Ethics, Licensed Breeder Agreement, or guidelines for Licensed Breeders and Licensed Breeders In Training Programs can result in removal of individuals within the programs. These matters will be handled by the Registrar of the LGDR.
